You should receive a tracking number sent directly from FedEx or the USPS when we ship your order. Check the email address you entered with your order is correct, or look at your spam folder for emails from FedEx.com or USPS.com. Or, you can call us (760) 924-3676 or email us email@example.com and we will be happy to give it to you.
Another common problem is the helpful neighbor that takes the package off your porch and takes it home for safe keeping but forgets to tell you. Also check around your hose for the driver that puts your package on the side or back porch.
If you receive the wrong items, we apologize, We take every precaution to check and recheck all is right before it ships but I can attest to how difficult it is to not make a mistake once in awhile. I was the shipping and receiving clerk for two winters when we first started our e-commerce business. My top screw up was when I shipped 5 brand new Hatch reels to the UK instead of a $100 fishing vest. The customer told us about it and returned the reels. He got to keep the vest we immediately sent out at no charge.
