Pricing Errors and Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order in the event of pricing errors or inventory errors. In these cases of a pricing discrepancy or inventory error, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds. Please read the following information carefully for full details on how to proceed.

You may return defective or incorrect items for a replacement, correction of the defect, or a full refund at our discretion.

Exchanges in size, weight, etc., are subject to availability. We may exchange the item or provide a refund minus a restocking fee equivalent to our outbound freight.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These include personalized items or items damaged due to customer mishandling.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
