Cameron Shinto
Cameron was born and raised in the Owens Valley and fished the waters of the Eastern Sierras his entire life. He began his journey as an angler in the typical way, fishing lures and bait with his father, grandfather, and brother at the ripe old age of 3. In the late 2000s Cameron began fly fishing and quickly fell in love. Shortly after he began to tie his own flies and started developing his own patterns. He enjoys all aspects of fly fishing and tries to take advantage of every fishery we have to offer from chasing wild trout in the high country to targeting warm water species in the Owens Valley. When not on the water Cameron enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
