Some of the products we offer may be fulfilled through third-party drop-shipping partners. Availability, shipping times, and inventory levels are subject to change based on our suppliers. Return Policy

You may return defective or incorrect items for a replacement, correction of the defect, or a full refund at our discretion.
Exchanges in size, weight, etc., are subject to availability. We may exchange the item or provide a refund minus a restocking fee equivalent to our outbound freight.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund. These include personalized items or items damaged due to customer mishandling.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Repair Policy
▼All fly rod repair requests must be initiated by filling out a repair form on the manufacturer's official website. The repair form should include the information provided on the warranty card issued at the time of purchase.
The following manufacturers are supported under this repair policy: SAGE, REDINGTON, ORVIS, WINSTON, GLOOMIS, T&T. ECHO offers replacement tips directly through their website.
Please note that not all rod models from the above manufacturers are supported for repairs. Contact us for clarification before submitting a repair request. Lead times for repairs may vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and specific rod model.
We may assist in coordinating the shipping and handling of your rod to the manufacturer's repair center. Once your rod is received by the repair center, further communication and updates will be directly handled by the manufacturer or their designated repair service.
Ensure that the contact information provided in the repair form is accurate and up-to-date. This information will be used for all communication regarding your repair.
Repairs may be subject to warranty terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer. Please refer to your warranty card or manufacturer for details regarding coverage and exclusions.
