All fly rod repair requests must be initiated by filling out a repair form on the manufacturer's official website. The repair form should include the information provided on the warranty card issued at the time of purchase.
The following manufacturers are supported under this repair policy: SAGE, REDINGTON, ORVIS, WINSTON, GLOOMIS, T&T. ECHO offers replacement tips directly through their website.
Please note that not all rod models from the above manufacturers are supported for repairs. Contact us for clarification before submitting a repair request. Lead times for repairs may vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and specific rod model.
We may assist in coordinating the shipping and handling of your rod to the manufacturer's repair center. Once your rod is received by the repair center, further communication and updates will be directly handled by the manufacturer or their designated repair service.
Ensure that the contact information provided in the repair form is accurate and up-to-date. This information will be used for all communication regarding your repair.
